Pregnancy and Women's Health Specialist

Bianca is a master-trained, registered dietitian and personal trainer. Her specialty lies within fitness and nutrition for muscular gains, and women’s health. As a mother of one and a soon-to-be mother of two, she has built a unique understanding of how to tailor fitness and nutrition to support women in their goals. Bianca helps her clients look and feel stronger with their goals at the heart of her nutrition and fitness interventions. She also has experience in weight management, chronic disease prevention and management, and sports nutrition.
Bianca believes nutrition counselling and fitness training should be inclusive, personalized and motivating and implements this into her practice. She believes in empowering her clients and supporting them throughout their fitness and nutrition journeys. Whether her clients are interested in lean muscle gains, booty-building, health improvements, or bouncing back from pregnancy, she lives by the motto of “your goals = my goals”. On her off time, if she isn’t with her family, you can catch her lifting weights in the gym or squeezing in some self-care.
