​Specialties: Eating Disorders, Stress Management, Disordered Eating, Food Psychology, Body Image Counselling/ Disorders, Sports Nutrition for Dancers and Ballet, Gluten, Dairy Free and Vegan  Diets, Yoga Centered Eating, Yoga Instructor

Catherine is a Registered Dietitian and Yoga Teacher (April 2017). She graduated with a BScAHN Dietetics from Mount Saint Vincent University and holds a BA Psychology from Saint Mary's University.
 
Catherine has worked in the field of nutrition for over 6 years providing clinical nutritional counselling, nutrition assessment, disease management, lifestyle management, weight management and menu development.

Catherine is extremely passionate about promoting nutritional wellness. As a Gluten Free Vegetarian Dietitian she is well versed in developing recipes and meal plans for clients with food intolerance, allergies and Vegan lifestyle choices. Additionally, she works with clients with disordered eating and body image issues - using a combination of therapies and yoga to create healthy eating habits and healthy body image.
