Ashlen is a Registered Dietitian and Sports Dietitian. She graduated from the University of Guelph with honours in Applied Human Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto.
Ashlen has a thriving passion for healthy living through nutrition and exercise and is a huge sports fanatic. She has played soccer and ran cross country and track for a number of years and is now excited to start racing again. In her spare time she loves to try new recipes, explore new places (near and far) and spend as much time as she can outdoors. She is very eager to jump into the world of sports nutrition and help others achieve their nutrition goals!
Debora is a Registered Dietitian (RD), certified personal trainer and Crossfit coach. She creates custom diets and exercise plans that cater to client needs, and are designed to optimize health and performance. Debora specializes in Sports Nutrition, Weight Management, Type 1 Diabetes, Exercise and Chronic Disease Management. She encourages a non-dieting, food first approach that focuses on balance and long term success. Debora has plenty of experience treating men, women, and children of all ages as well as teams and families.
Living with Type 1 Diabetes since the age of 12, healthy living and nutrition management are part of her daily life. Debora’s previous ventures into competitive swimming and other high intensity fitness pursuits including boxing and Crossfit training have heightened her interest in nutrition and athletics with a special interest in how food fuels the body for optimal health and performance. She carries this out in her own lifestyle to motivate and encourage clients and the greater community to lead healthier, active lifestyles. She understands the first-hand the challenges of living with a nutrition-related condition and use this for her own health, love of eating and cooking amazing food, and her passion for competitive fitness in her own daily life as well as her professional practice.
