Ben is a Registered Dietitian and Sports Dietitian. He received his education from Ryerson University’s School of Nutrition and graduated his Dietetic Internship from the Sunnybrook Dietetics Internship Program in 2010. He received a Sports Dietitian Certificate from the Sports Dietitians of Australia and is currently pursuing Ryerson’s Physical Activity Assessment and Promotion certificate program and the International Olympic Committee’s Sports Nutrition Diploma. This combination of the world of Nutrition and Dietetics along with Physical Activity and Exercise is what makes Ben's interventions truly unique and customized.
Ben is also an athlete himself. When he’s not training for his next marathon, bike race, lifting weights or doing cross-fit workouts he’s busy cooking up a storm developing recipes for athletes. Ben has worked with athletes from every end of the spectrum, from weekend warriors aiming to complete their first marathon to nationally ranked professional athletes to olympic gold medalists and even celebrities! He specializes in endurance events and weight lifting but is more than qualified to work with any sport and medical conditions. He also trained as a Chef and a Pastry Chef in a number of Restaurants and Hotels across Toronto before combining the culinary world with dietetics and sport. He continues to travel the world, studying different cultures, cuisines and cooking styles in order to best serve his clients.
Emilie is a Registered Dietitian and Sports Dietitian. She graduated with Honours from Ryerson University’s School of Nutrition with a minor in Psychology and completed her Dietetic Internship Program at Grand River Hospital in 2013. Emilie has been involved in the world of Sports Nutrition for many years. She has worked for Can-Fit-Pro, provided presentations and grocery store tours for run clubs within the GTA, seminars for Crossfit athletes, as well as one-to-one consultations for both weight management and Sports Nutrition for performance. She also has experience working with individuals living with chronic illness such as diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. She is working towards her Certified Sports Nutritionist certification through ISSN as well as Certified Diabetes Educator.
Emilie has been involved in athletics for many years. After 15 years of competitive dancing, she went on to pursue long distance running for several years, and most recently Crossfit. In her spare time, Emilie enjoys creating healthy recipes that are appealing to foodies and athletes alike. Emilie believes that all foods fit within a healthy lifestyle, and that nutrition is the foundation to optimal health and wellness. She continues to expand her palate and expertise for food and nutrition by travelling the world and immersing herself in their culture.

Alysha is master-trained, Registered Dietitian & personal trainer with ESN. She has experience providing nutrition education and lifestyle counselling to optimize health & physical wellness; specialized in nutrition communication, motivational interviewing, and interprofessional practice. Over the years, she is well versed in working with diabetes management, cardiovascular disease, Celiac Disease, IBS, IBD, weight loss, muscle gain, sports performance, family meal planning, menu planning, mental health and more. Aly has helped many individuals and professional athletes reach their nutrition and fitness goals through integrating her expertise as both a dietitian and personal trainer. She has also obtained culinary training at Liaison College in Oshawa.
Alysha is also a pro athlete! She competes in Bikini competitions and is provincially ranked! Alysha is also a Coach for people interested in figure/ fitness competitions. Alysha is a professional bodybuilder, fitness competitor and a former competitive swimmer! Andy is a Registered Dietitian who also holds a master’s degree in public health nutrition from the University of Toronto School of Public Health. He has previous experience working in large organizations centered around health communication and is currently focusing his energies on nutrition education at the 1-on-1 level, while also maintaining a blossoming online presence through his blog and social media. Andy believes nutrition education should be 100% personalized is all about finding unique nutrition solutions that work for his clients.
Andy has helped people modify their diet for the purposes of weight gain, muscle loss, improved overall health, chronic disease prevention, improved digestive health and sports performance. When he isn’t seeing clients 1-on-1, educating groups, or blogging, you will probably find him watching or playing soccer ( the best sport in the world!).
