Evolved Sport and Nutrition (ESN) is dedicated to bringing the most innovative and cutting edge research based information to athletes and teams in order to maximize everyone’s potential.  ESN is not only for athletes, but also for everyone.  ESN looks at the individual or team as a whole, where the philosophy is that true, sustainable health cannot be attained through either diet or physical activity alone.  Rather ESN takes a very unique approach in lifestyle management by looking at your diet, physical activity, daily routine, cooking ability and anything else that may be health related in order to create true and sustainable change.  ESN also has a very unique approach to nutrition where we believe that the best way to serve you and get you to your goal is to match you up with one of our amazing Sports Dietitians based on personality and skill set!  We believe that you should enjoy the journey you take with our Dietitians, and in order to best do that we get to know you and then pair you up with our amazing Dietitians! The best part about ESN is that because of the wealth of knowledge and subspecialties that each one of our Dietitians has, you get the benefit of the combined knowledge and resources from our entire family! ESN is Complete Lifestyle Management.

Evolved Sport and Nutrition is not only focused on our clients and our athletes, but also to our environment.  We follow a green and sustainable approach to business.  This means that we make every effort in order to reduce, reuse and recycle (even our business cards are made from 100% of recycled material and when possible Ben will bike to your appointment). 

Evolved Sport and Nutrition does not print out materials, rather we provide electronic copies and invoices to our clients as a means to reduce our environmental impact, because we believe that every little bit counts.
