Menopause comes with many changes to the body and its hormones that make healthy weight and fat loss goals more difficult but not impossible.
In this webinar, we will be exploring and understanding the changes that Menopause brings that make fat loss more difficult. We will also be looking at the exercise science, physical and nutritional factors that optimize the physiological and hormonal changes that come with menopause to optimize fat loss, muscle retention/ building, how to increase your metabolism to reduce your risk of developing other health issues related to healthy aging. All while keeping your favourite foods in your diet and focusing on the healthiest approach to body composition change.
